Loving God. Loving People. Making Disciples.

Hi! My name is Aundrea Coursey and I am the Youth Director here at SSBC. I, along with Sarah Toler and Jason Hall strive to make our weekly meetings exciting, relevant, and interesting. We actively seek ideas and suggestions from our youth, parents, and the members of the church. We are looking forward to a brand new year and a brand new start at SSBC.

Jesus very simply states our purpose as Christians in Mathew 28:19-20 when he tells us to share the gospel with others. As we equip disciples within the youth, we learn that sharing the gospel with others doesn't have to be scary, and it doesn't have to be boring either. The notion that church is just a bunch of rules and no fun is one that is being dismissed here at SSBC. We play games, grill out, and spend time talking and getting to know one another, which is a huge part of being able to effectively share the gospel as a team.

All events and trips are focused on evangelism in order to remain centered on what God has called each and every one of us to do.

Come check us out and experience what the amazing things God is doing with our students!
